4. Buying Online
Please check the dimensions of the lighting you like so that you are happy it will be suitable for your
ceiling height or wall space.
Generally the height shown for ceiling lights with chain does not include the chain so please allow for
this in your measurements.
We are more than happy to help with sizing so please contact us if in doubt.
Having made your choice, click on the Add To button and with all items you require in the Merlotet,
proceed to Checkout.
Here you will be asked for some details to process your order. You will then be transferred to our
secure payment server which is Barclaycard , to complete your purchase.
We accept all major credit and debit cards online. (please note we do not accept Amex)
Please note that for your security we will only deliver to the registered cardholder’s address.

If you are local or can pop into either of our showrooms you are, of course, welcome to collect in store.
For delivery all orders over £99 free of charge to the UK mainland .
If you would like delivery elsewhere, please contact us for shipping charges first.
Any orders below £99 will be subject to a £12 carriage charge.
Your order will usually be available for despatch within 7 working days.
We will contact you if there is a delay in your order and you may of course cancel if you wish
Before we send your order we will phone you to let you know when to expect delivery, so please
leave a contact number.
If this day is not convenient we will send out your lighting to suit you -
please note that we cannot deliver on weekends.
Your order will be sent by courier service with next working day delivery 8.00am and 6.00pm.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a time or am/pm delivery time.
All deliveries will need to be signed for.
If your consignment looks damaged on arrival, please sign for as damaged.
If you are at all unsure please sign as unchecked.
